A manufacturer of sanitary products was having trouble with hot melt (solid monomer/adhesive that melts with heat) adhering to rollers. 1. The hot melt hardens when the temperature drops, making cleaning tasks very difficult. 2. They had previously tried fluororesin coatings and fluororesin shrink tube coverings, but the non-stick effect was not as effective as they had hoped, and they sought advice on finding a better solution.
